Job Opportunity: Receptionist

Description:

Receptionist duties will include recording enquiries on to our Sales Database and passing them on to the relevant team member; filing documents; taking phone calls; dealing with incoming emails; greeting customers/general public who enter off the street and other administrative tasks.

Our office deals with everything from getting NIE numbers to opening bank accounts to selling insurance and property to accounting.

This is a great opportunity to work in a busy environment and to play a big role within our expanding and friendly team!

Working hours: 09:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. We're closed for bank holidays. Full work contract given.

Requirements:

MUST be fluent (written and spoken) in English and Spanish. Any other languages a bonus in particular Italian, German or Dutch.

IT literate - Outlook, Word, Excel.

Must be sales-orientated and able to deliver friendly and professional customer service. The applicant will be required to show sales experience.The successful applicant will benefit from sales commissions.

knowledge/experience of banking, social security, accounting and property matters would be beneficial but not essential.

Remuneration:

Basic wage plus sales commissions.
