Winter 2018 - I know there's a hell of a lot of people been taken ill recently with this terrible flu virus... I just thought I'd try and offer some advice to those affected. I had it for 2 weeks and kept putting it off - I thought anti biotics wouldn't do anything as it was a virus but then ended up with pneumonia and was in pretty bad shape to say the least! SO, if anyone does have it or knows anyone with it, please make sure you/they get to a doctor if it's still there after a week as I was told it's what I should have done.

Oh, and ignore those who just tell you it's man flu ;)
