News is starting to come out that the Canarian Government may introduce this too.

At the moment it is only necessary to obtain an EPC at the point of sale of a property and when renting out your property.

These certificates are valid for 10 years. IF the Canarian Government decides to change the law so that all properties require this EPC to be carried out before marketing it for sale, there will be a huge demand and professionals who carry out these reports will most likely have to increase their fees. So we're giving you a heads up and the opportunity to allow us to arrange one for you before this time comes.

0-70m2 = €160,50
70-120m2 = €214,00
120-200m2 = €267,50
200m2+ = €321,00
